I can help improve your business in general management, manufacturing operations, planning, and procurement.
With over thirty years experience working for IBM in a variety of positions beginning with tool design engineering, semiconductor process engineering, to manufacturing engineering management, to semiconductor plant management, to corporate vice president of procurement. As head of IBM's US non-product procurement I led the total re-engineering of the process which yielded a 25% reduction in purchase dollars, became a model for the non-US operations, and became a service offering which IBM now provides to its customers.
In addition to my corporate tenure, I had several years experience working in a family owned textile manufacturing business and another three years experience owning and operating a successful startup photo-offset printing business, which created jobs and was sold at a profit.
During my 17 years as a SCORE certified mentor I have helped hundreds of small business owners and operators improve their businesses. Let me know how I can help you..........
